    Important Information

    You can check your students grade by logging into PowerSchool from the district website. Use the username and password that has been assigned to your child.

    Click on the section labeled "Standards" in order to see what your child is receiving for each standard.

    • Parent PowerSchool Acct Set Up- if you need to still set up a parent acct, please refer to the sample parent letter that will help navigate you through the process. If you need additional help with access codes and passwords, please feel free to email me. Please make sure that you approve Google Classroom, since this will be my main platform with communication and assignments with the students.

    • In order to prepare for the SBACS, please click on the following link for the practice tests. https://sbacpt.tds.airast.org/student/
    • Follow the directions below to generate the Pre-Test

    1. YOU NEED TO BE ON FIREFOX: Go to my website, on the home page, scroll down and have them click the link at the very bottom that is under the section SBAC assessment.

    2. Click sign-in
    3. Have them select grade 5 on the drop down menu and then have them click "yes"
    4. Click, "start G5 Math practice test"
    5. There will be information on the next screen, just have them scroll down and click "select"
    6. Scroll down again, and have them click "select"
    7. Click "yes, start my test"
    8. Click "begin test now"

    ****What to do if your child is absent****

    1. Call our absence hotline (619) 258-2205

    2. Check our Website for current work if your child feels up to working on it. (new work is posted at the end of the school day)

    3. Your child will be given extra time to complete their missing work. They will get one day for each day they are absent.
