A Bit About Me
Hi! I am so excited to start the year with you!
I grew up in San Diego, living in the Eastlake/Otay Ranch area. I stuck around for college, attending UCSD for my B.A. and PLNU for my MA. I now live out in Santee, so I may see you around. I have definitely run into students dancing in Vons with headphones in their ears and it makes for an interesting next day at school. You may hear me singing outlandishly loud in my car. I might have been caught once or twice.
I married to my husband Derek and have a 10 year old daughter named Kaylee. She is very outgoing, I can't get her to stop talking. We also welcomed a little girl named Gabriella in April. We have a Golden Retriever named Lexi and a Malinois named Lucy. You may catch us out hiking Mission Trails or out at dog beach.
This is my 16th year teaching Jr. High Math. I love Math and use it everyday! Obviously, because I'm a Math teacher right?
